What Do You Do When You Hit A Weight Loss Plateau?

After 3 weeks of consecutive losses, I stepped up my game this week and began tracking food, eliminating carbs, and exercising. My hard work has been rewarded with 3 days of 0 weight loss. I need to regroup and figure out a way to break through this plateau!

Week 2 Weight Loss Update

So today is Monday which means of course that it's time for another weight loss update.

I've got some good news to share for this week.  You might recall from my last weight loss update video at the beginning of last week I was 376.8 lbs and when I stepped on the scale this morning, I was 371.8 lbs which means, I lost 5 lbs this week.
